Are you a company?

Companies can buy our products tax free. To buy as a company, please email your VAT number, delivery address and order details for a tax free invoice. Your VAT number starts with a two-letter country code followed by a series of numbers. We verify the validity of your VAT number on the website of the European Commission.

Payment methods

Banktransfer, debit or credit card, paypal, pay after delivery with klarna, cash in our store in the Netherlands. We do not offer phone payments. In case of a banktransfer, we deliver after the payment has been received in full.

Delivery to the UK and Ireland

We deliver to the UK and Ireland. You can find the delivery costs below (there are no additional custom duties and import VAT within Europe). We also deliver to other countries in Europe, contact us for a custom shipping quote.

Delivery times UK and Ireland

Luminaires will arrive within 10 business days. You will receive a tracking link around 5 business days. If you're not home, the packages will be dropped off by a nearby pick up location where you have 7 days to collect the parcel(s). Note that we often send multiple parcels that might not all arrive on the same day. Light poles also have a delivery time of 10 business days. When the pallet arrives in your country, usually after 7 business days, a local transport company will call you to arrange a delivery date.

Delivery fees UK and Ireland

Luminaires are send by standard postal services and costs €15 per luminaire. Light poles are send by pallet courier services and the costs are: €150 per order. These costs are automatically calculated and applied when you checkout on our website. Other countries: email for a custom shipping quote.

Return policy

You have up to 30 days to notify us that you wish to return your order for an exchange or a refund. You will receive a refund for the full order amount incl. shipping costs, without questions. We refund within 14 days after we have received the order return. Please note: the customer is responsible to arrange and pay for the return delivery. Read more...
