Return policy

You have up to 30 days to notify us that you wish to return your order for an exchange or a refund. You will then receive a refund for the full order amount incl. shipping costs, without questions. We refund within 14 days after we have received the order return.

Please note: the customer is responsible to arrange and pay for the return delivery. Small packages can be sent with standard postal services. For orders that arrived on pallets you can use pallet courier services such as DHL Europallet.

My order arrived damaged
Was your order damaged during transit? If so, let us know as soon as possible and we will arrange for replacement (parts) to be sent to you.

My product is faulty
If your product develops a fault within its warranty period, then you’re entitled to replacement parts/products. On notification we will advise you what to do next. Please note that Extensa is not responsible or liable for faulty installation, construction and foundation done by a third party.
